Sample Projects means examples of projects that can be used to help understand the functionality of the Software and/or start new projects.

License Subscription Term means the specified period of time to which a license has been purchased for use by the customer or institution to which a user has been granted access.

Internet Services means media and related Internet-based services provided by QSR to support or enhance the use of the Software.

Asset(s) or Content (“Asset” or “Content”): means digital resources such as software, digital files, eText, access code, Open Education Resource (OER), guides, manuals or partial components of any of the foregoing and/or any other digital content that Institution has obtained rights to and that can be distributed by QSR and accessed through the Platform by Users and/or device(s) including a single personal computer, workstation, terminal, handheld computer, telephone, personal digital assistant, or other electronic device.

IN RELATION TO NCAPTURE SOFTWARE AND NVIVO COLLABORATION SERVER, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MAY RETURN THE SOFTWARE TO YOUR PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND, IF APPLICABLE.

This End-User License Agreement (“ EULA”) is a legal agreement between you, the customer, and QSR International, LLC of 35 Corporate Drive, Burlington, Massachusetts, United States of America (“ QSR”) for use of the Software that accompanies this EULA as described in clause 1 below.
